• You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

• Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use AEProjects and other products sold through our web site by independent content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.

• You may use each individual product on a single computer only, which is not a server or fileserver, belonging to either you or your employer. You may render an unlimited number of videos from your template and are free to share the rendered video as long as you do not claim intellectual rights to the design.

• All imagery/video/audio assets used in our templates are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images/video/audio assets only as a part of the video you create using your AEProject.com template. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is prohibited.

• You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

• You may not place any of our products/tutorials, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

• You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from AEProjects.com.

• You may not disclose any order information which includes but is not limited to Order ID, download link, etc.

• Downloadable Products
  Since AEProjects.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the download is initiated. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
• Physical Products
  We will gladly offer exchanges of physical products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase with prior written notice.

• AEProjects.com will provide support with the installation and usage of our training products and Adobe After Effects templates only in the original, unmodified form. We will not provide training and teaching of techniques beyond the training video included with the templates. Tutorial suggestions are welcome by contacting us at AEProjects.com

• Pickwhip Studios, LLC . (hereafter referred to as Pickwhip Studios) has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy of the users of our websites.
